6) Who we share personal data with
We may share personal data with:
- Shopify (our e-commerce platform) to operate the store, process orders and manage accounts.
- Klaviyo (email marketing and customer messaging) to send emails and manage marketing preferences and reporting.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site usage and improve performance.
- Meta (e.g., Meta Pixel / Conversions API) for advertising and conversion measurement where enabled and permitted by your cookie choices.
- TikTok (e.g., TikTok Pixel / Events API) for advertising and conversion measurement where enabled and permitted by your cookie choices.
- Hotjar for UX insights (e.g., heatmaps/session recordings/feedback), where enabled and permitted by your cookie choices.
- Delivery and logistics providers to ship orders and provide tracking.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, insurers) as needed.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
- Business transfers if we sell or restructure the business (with appropriate safeguards).
- We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. We do not publish your personal data publicly except where you choose to submit content (e.g., reviews) that may be visible on the site.
7) International transfers
Some of our service providers (including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Meta, TikTok and Hotjar) may process personal data outside the UK (for example in the US or other countries).
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are used, such as:
