• Marketing preferences: whether you opt in/out, and your engagement with marketing emails (e.g., opens/clicks where enabled).

Payments: Payments are processed by Shopify and/or its payment partners. We do not store full card details. We may receive limited payment-related information such as payment status and transaction references.

When you use the Services, we may collect:

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, time spent, navigation paths, referral URLs, and other analytics/diagnostic data.
• Approximate location: generally derived from IP address (e.g., city/region-level), not precise GPS.

A) To perform our contract with you

5) Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect our Services from spam and abuse (for example, to help determine whether actions on the site are performed by humans rather than automated software). reCAPTCHA may collect information about you and your device and browser, such as your IP address, device and browser information, and your interactions with the page. This information is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

6) Who we share personal data with

We may share personal data with:

• Shopify (our e-commerce platform) to operate the store, process orders and manage accounts.
• Klaviyo (email marketing and customer messaging) to send emails and manage marketing preferences and reporting.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site usage and improve performance.
• Meta (e.g., Meta Pixel / Conversions API) for advertising and conversion measurement where enabled and permitted by your cookie choices.
• TikTok (e.g., TikTok Pixel / Events API) for advertising and conversion measurement where enabled and permitted by your cookie choices.
• Hotjar for UX insights (e.g., heatmaps/session recordings/feedback), where enabled and permitted by your cookie choices.
• Delivery and logistics providers to ship orders and provide tracking.
• Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, insurers) as needed.
• Authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
• Business transfers if we sell or restructure the business (with appropriate safeguards).
• We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. We do not publish your personal data publicly except where you choose to submit content (e.g., reviews) that may be visible on the site.

7) International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Meta, TikTok and Hotjar) may process personal data outside the UK (for example in the US or other countries).

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are used, such as:

• the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) and/or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs (as applicable); and/or
